The Journey of Healing inspires thousands each year to take steps toward developing a healthy body, mind, soul and spirit; in their personal, professional and spiritual lives. The idea when starting the journey, was to help women see their full potential and realize that they are beautifully and wonderfully made. This has blossomed into more of a ministry of presence and beyond as this advocate has responded to those in crisis as well as developed training to share with others on how to help those who are hurting. This yoga teacher is also continuously learning how to provide support through God's word, yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and self-care to those who give of themselves daily to help others.
